| The Smart GPS is an entry level low cost 'matchbox' sized tracking solution with
sensitive GPS that is designed to report its longitude and
latitude to your your mobile phone.
To track the Smart GPS you use your mobile phone to ask
it where it is. The simple process is as follows:-
- You send a text message to the sim card that you have
place in your Smart GPS from your mobile, when you want
to know its location.
- The Smart GPS determines its location
and then sends a text message back to your mobile phone
with its longitude and latitude.
- Type these co-ordinates into google
earth and a map will appear showing you its precise location.
Google earth is free to use.
- If you want to track the Smart GPS from
a web site then you can use a 3rd party tracking web site
such as www.orange.gps-trace.com. This is a free website that
will allow you to track your Smart GPS, but please note that as this is a 3rd party site and we have no control over its availablity. Please contact
